5.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable limits are displayed within the phpgroup account finance section and are subject to change with prior notice to affected players.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. phpgroup processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within a target of five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 5.3 Payment Method Consistency. phpgroup applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible. 5.4 Dormant Accounts. 6.1 Wagering Requirements. All phpgroup deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpgroup platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. phpgroup does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. phpgroup will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage.
13.1 Termination by phpgroup. phpgroup reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, where:
Where an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the violation involves fraud or money laundering, funds may be permanently voided and reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
13.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting phpgroup support. Upon verified closure request, any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no pending bonus wagering obligations exist.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the phpgroup platform that cannot be resolved through phpgroup's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. phpgroup's gaming operations are subject to the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
phpgroup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be notified to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with PAGCOR regulations or applicable law.
Your continued use of the phpgroup platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phpgroup and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, constitutes the binding agreement between you and phpgroup at any given time.
